We had a problem with our drain on Thanksgiving. We called Roto-Rooter on the Saturday and was surprised that they could have someone out that day. Our Tech, Matt Morin (#5101) kept in contact with when he would be arriving. When he got there he took the time to listen and didn't just try to rush through it. He was so polite, professional and knowledgeable. It took more than just snaking it and he was able to complete the job quickly. When the job was complete the area was just as clean as when he got there. Make sure you keep this employee. He is the face you want out there representing your company!

First time customer, fantastic experience. We had multiple issues found after buying a new house. Justin #4819 was great. He looked at everything we had concerns about and explained to us what was going on. He was extremely professional and very thorough. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

My experience with Richard #4718 was great. He's a friendly guy and knows his job. He arrived on time and had everything he needed. After a little assessment, He knew exactly what the problem was and solved it in a timely manner. Richard is very good at what He does and one the best technicians I've encountered.

The technician Matt was fantastic. He was early, talked us through what options we had, fixed the problem, made suggestions on how to maintain the drains. I will recommend Matt to everyone we know. Very professional and courteous. Roto Rooter should be proud to have such a great employee.

Matt Morin (5101) came to our house on December 18th and totally fixed our problem within a short period of time. Although the service cost more than I had expected, Matt explained the cost structure to us competently in such a way that I felt satisfied paying the price we paid. Matt is charming, friendly, and showed up sooner than expected. We will definitely request Matt should we have other problems in the future, or if we have need to recommend the service to friends or family.
