They came out to inspect a water heater needing replacement and told us they would get us an estimate within a week. After a week they never followed up, and eventually, when I got a hold of them on the phone, they said they could not take the job. When I at least asked for the paperwork for our insurance, he said he wouldn’t do it because “how does that benefit him?” Exceptionally unprofessional.
I had the guys from DiRocco Plumbing & Heating Services come out to work on my tankless water heater, and they were seriously awesome! They were quick to respond to my call and set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. The technician who came out was friendly and professional, and he really knew his stuff. He explained everything he was doing, and he was happy to answer all my questions. The work itself was done quickly and efficiently, and my water heater is working better than ever. The technician even gave me some tips on how to keep it running smoothly in the future. I was really impressed by the level of service I received from start to finish. Everyone at DiRocco Plumbing & Heating Services was super friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. As the owner of multiple properties, u can't ask for a more professional crew to service and repair your heating systems. Don is by far the most knowledgeable and most professional techs you could ask for and the owner Pat is also top notch, picks up the phone and talks to you like a human. Cant say the same for most competitors. They also service And repair Buderus Boilers, a rarity in this industry. Can't go wrong with DiRocco!!! Look forward to working with you again in the future.
