We must be the lucky ones. Absolutely positively the worst customer service ever. we've been waiting close to a week to get service- haven't gotten it- don't know when the people are in their office- the field worker guys don't know what the office is doing the office doesn't know what the field workers are doing. We had one guy put in our heater and he was very smart and very efficient and we're happy with the work he did but the problem we're having is with maintenance and it's not the guys it has to do with the management, so shop smartly I would say maybe pick someone a little more professional. They did finally fix the problem.... so ok.... just bad customer communication.

They did a furnace cleaning for me. I think the basement was cleaner when they left then when they started. The price was good and the job they did was excellent.

They are great they came fixed my leaking pipe all in an hour. We add an apt with another plumber and stood us up. So we called these guys and they came in fixed it in a matter of two hours. I am so glad we found them.

My dishwasher started dumping water on my kitchen floor. I had to shut the water off in the whole house because I couldn't find the valve for just the dishwasher. The plumber I have used in the past couldn't come out so I found this company on-line. It worked out great. They were at my house in Providence within an hour, fixed the problem in 30 minutes and didn't stick me with a huge bill. Grateful I have water again!

Installed a energy efficient hot water heater. The did the installation the day after I called them. I love the new water heater because it delivers hot water faster than my old one. I expect to save money on the bill also. The final bill came in a little under the estimate which was a nice surprise.
