Unreliable. After numerous phone calls and two days later, the owner finally made an appointment to come check my boiler. Didn’t give me any information about fees nor did he show up at the appointment time. He had another plumber call me an hour after the appointment time, who could not tell anything about services or fees. The owner texted my address to this person , who informed me that he only worked for “big companies”, I guess homes aren’t in his scope for business. Unprofessional and unreliable 200%

I used LJ Giorgi for and emergency boiler replacement. They came right out, the price was reasonable, and installed it the next morning. I also had them replace a water heater in my parents home. They are responsive and get the job done neatly and quickly.

Called and spoke with a Secretary/answer service, explained my plumbing emergency. Seven days later, no call back. Zero Starz

Called and left a message with the receptionist or answering service and they never returned my call.

Called for a heating system emergency. They took my info and never called back

Great service and on time.
