Melissa is the best RMT I have ever been to. She is very accommodating to my body's unique needs ex. props under my shoulders because of my large chest. Her massage is powerful but I don't feel like I'm being beat up during it. I can actually relax during the massage. I highly recommend her!

Shout out to the amazing practioners at Arnica Wellness. Recently, tried the acupuncture with Richard, it was excellent, I'm so much more rested. As well had one of my most top rated massages with Melissa, definitely going to book again.

The staff are amazing.  The experience is so relaxing.  I enjoy the quiet atmosphere and music during my treatments.

I’ve come here for massage and acupuncture many times and would highly recommend it. The atmosphere is relaxing and the therapists are caring and knowledgeable. They have a number of local, natural products for sale including crystals and jewelry.
