Propel Sports Physical Therapy

Propel is the only place in the city I trust for physiotherapy. The staff are very sincere and friendly. They take the time to answer any of your questions and explain what is happening with your injury and treatment to whatever level you wish to understand. I also love that they always respect your comfort level during treatment and do not push you past your comfort zone. I like that they see you as a whole person, not just an injury to fix. Lara is excellent and I recommend her.

Laurie and her crew are the best. They offer a full complement of services, including massage, acupuncture and dry needling, as well as more conventional "physio" treatment. I'm always surprised by the results they get for me. The facilities are clean, modern and well appointed. Finally, the people are very personable, in addition to being at the top of their respective fields.

Knowledgeable physiotherapist assigned to my dtr. Took the time and did a detailed assessment. Provided us with a more extensive exercise program and even emailed them to me. Didn't feel we were rushed during the appointment. Even took the time to explain the diagnosis as I had mentioned our previous experience with another therapist and agreed with my pediatrician about the CRPS diagnosis. I would highly recommend this place as they focus on your injury and symptoms regardless of age
