I have been attending this clinic for over 6 months and working with Naima. She is fantastic, she takes the time to understand you and how she can help. She is very personable and you can tell that she cares for the people coming into the clinic. Would refer her and this clinic to anyone needing physio treatment.
Naima helped with my neck problem when i didn’t even realized i had one. I was complaining about a headache and she told me it could be because of the muscles in my neck so she took a look and found the problem in no time. She messaged my neck for maybe about 10 minutes. When she was done i couldn’t believe how stiff my neck was before. She worked wonders, my range of motion in my neck and head feel so much better! She is very kind and professional, i would definitely recommend you go see her for your physio needs.
My Dad has received outstanding physiotherapy care from Naima. Naima is very skilled, really listens , and is very respectful of the personal privacy of my Dad and goes above and beyond to offer the finest care. She even suggests when appropriate the consultation of other colleagues to get to the root of the problem.
Ive tried several Physiotherapy clinics in SW Edmonton over the past few years for various injuries/joint problems rotator cuff, wrist/hand & back. However, I felt that after a number of visits that my treatments seemed to be drawn out & I was becoming just a source of income to them.*You've got insurance, so use it. After reviewing some of the reviews on Momentum, I decided to give the Windermere location a try to address my severe shoulder pain. I am already convinced that Momentum Physiotherapy is the best place to go for treatment. Shahnaz is extremely knowledgeable, explained his diagnosis frozen shoulder and proposed a treatment plan in a way that I understood/accepted. I believe he is doing what is best for me & have complete trust in him The office staff are pleasant and the clinic is new & very clean. I highly recommend this business.
Naima is the best!! I have been seeing her for my joint problems for over a year now and she always fix them for me. She also helped me with my dizziness problem recently. I really appreciate that she studied more about my case and now my dizziness problem is totally gone. Naima is very effective on what she does, very friendly and very accommodating. What I like most about Naima is she listens to my body concern and explain to me what's causing it and then fix it. She always makes me feel comfortable in my every visit. Thanks so much Naima!
I would like to send a commendation regarding your physiotherapy assistant, Kersee. She is a very pleasant and respectful person who is excellent at her skills such as ultrasound and heat therapy. I always look forward to seeing her and receiving treatment and I always leave with a positive change in my mobility.
After a year of trying 2 other physiotherapists with no improvement to my condition and no change in methods to troubleshoot the problem, I finally was recommended to Naima by a friend. Although the journey was a long one of trial and error to find the root cause for the difficulty I was experiencing, there was a realization and change in treatment when a certain path was not provoking improvement and when there was improvement a methodological progression was planned to incrementally allow for recovery. In addition to all of this Naima did something that other therapists did not...Listen. She asked important questions and really tried to understand the sensations I was experiencing rather than immediately mis diagnosing and treating incorrectly without adjustments when a treatment plan was off course which was my experience with other therapists. Naima was kind ,encouraging and a lifetime learner. She knew my condition was linked to running and not yet a runner, she took the time to learn about the sport to understand how the mechanics and training that I used could provoke injury. I do wish that the recovery process could have been quicker, but perhaps the long journey was what was needed to figure out what issues were secondary and which one was at the root. Collectively, I had an excellent experience at Momentum with Naima, and would absolutely recommend her to others who are in a similar circumstance to mine.
I am sure the Clinic is great and my review is specifically for the Occupational Therapist Graham who and I quote "Specialize in Return to Work and Injury Management. Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator". I want to warn clients who are on disability and are now being sent to him for a Functional Capacity Evaluation that no matter what, he will be reporting that you are able to return to work. He will tell you that feeling pain when doing tasks doesn't matter as long as you can do the task. So don't expect any empathy or compassion - he is being paid by the side that wants to cut you off benefits.
I'm so thankful for Naima! She's extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable in her work. She's treated me to heal completely, and am grateful for her work. Highly recommend this place!
Kousik Ramachandran is by far the nicest professional I have ever met. I was referred to him by my family doctor. He was amazing diagnosing what my issue was from the concussion. He also was concerned I drove 32 mins to come see him that he has referred me to a closer place with a physiotherapist that is a good friend of his. Thank you for the amazing experience Momemtum.
