I had a great experience in Dr Janicek's office today. He has a friendly staff and they were very helpful . Dr Janicek explained the procedure and answered any questions for me. I would highly recommend this office. I would also like to add that the office was very clean and bright.

Let me start with one positive: The doctor was great. The negative: The billing department is terrible. Please pay attention to what you sign. While I was at the office, I had to sign a ton of paperwork. One form I signed supposedly stated that if payment is not paid before the due date they run your credit card. I received a bill on May 25. Due date was 5/31. My credit card was charged on 6/7 . I didn't even have two weeks to pay. And to boot, not even a call to inform me that the charge was going through. Terrible billing department. The woman I spoke to was rude. They need to amend that policy they have. Puts a bitter taste in my mouth.

Office did not resubmit my dental claim and charged my account over a thousand dollars, with not even a phone call. Caused all kinds of problems with my account , While dental procedure was covered by insurance. They treat you like dead beat scum. Not one notification on the 30th day after the procedure the charge hit my account Do not go here, find another dentist
