We have been taking our kids to the bozrah office for a long time. We love Dr Fatone she is great with the kids, very patient. All the staff are great and my kids love going to the dentist. They make it fun and enjoyable for kids 😀

Well done Dr. Brennan! Well done staff of Children's Dental Associates! We visit the East Lyme office and are never disappointed. My children have developed excellent oral care under the encouragement of Children's Dental Associates. Years ago one of my children was seen in an urgent situation within a half hour of the accident. Keep up the great work!

We visited the Colchester office. The service by the dentist herself was good. But there was lots of misunderstanding from the front of the office stuff that made the visit "sour". My child, who is 3, was referred by my dentist to a pediatric dentist with a known list of fillings etc. So when I was making the appointment in July for September (the closest one available), I let the secretary know all this info. No one, however, let me know that the first appointment will be a consult only, which will cost us $100 and we will come out with no fillings done. They were very persistent in emailing the forms to me before the appointment, until I filled them online fully, but yet there was no mention about the first visit being a consult also. The office should train its staff employees better in explaining the office procedures to its prospective clients.

Love the East Lyme location, and Dr U! The hygienists always do a wonderful job with my girls! The office staff is helpful and easy to work with! Highly Recommend!

Suzy was great, she really put my 2Y old at ease. Dr. Napierala was wonderful too. They both showed me tricks to make brushing easier, and also gave me several useful tips for maintain good dental health. This was my son's first dentist appointment, and it could not have gone better! Thank you Children's dental associates for such an excellent experience :)
