Private Medical Clinic - ExcelleMD

This is the first time I have ever written a review on google and believe when I say I am all about feedback. Usually people don't write positive feedback as all is good but negative feedbacks are all over google. We as a society should do a better job at recognition. This clinic literally changed my views on the medical system. It has restored hope in our society; at least for me it has. The staff is amazing from the moment you walk in the door you feel like you're in another world. The secretaries are smiling and have great energy; which is rare in a public clinic. The prices are not expensive at all and you get all your moneys worth in terms of care and experience. I have had appointments booked for me on the same day or next day. The secretaries knew my name on my 2nd appointment and that just shows what kind of place this is. The employees are clearly happy which for me says a lot of a place. I myself manage 20+ employees and take example from them. Everything is high tech and super clean. They use state of the art software and just make your life that much simpler. I have dealt with 1 doctor ''Dr. Patricia Cote'' and she was such a great human. I could write a book about her really. But to keep it short, she is one of the most caring humans I've met and its just something special about her on how she connects with you. She has literally saved my life! Give this place a chance and you won't regret it. Excelle MD and DR. Cote are truly a hidden gem in this ever changing world. The doctor we saw was nice and all but it's been days and I still can't get ahold of somebody on the phone. I was told I was gonna get my daughter's results as soon as possible but still no results. All of the options on the phone get me to a voicemail. It's really frustrating giving that it's not cheap going there!!!

I wish i read through the comments before going there. I will make it simple for you. The probably bought most of the 5 stars because your health is really not their concern. I did the online consultation on top of they asked to go there from brossard on the same day for some additional test that i didn’t need because i did them a month ago, paid 500$ in total and only answer i had for all that trouble is you are fine. Take my advice dont waste your money there go somewhere else because when you start asking questions you are being ghosted . Less than a star if i could. Update… Now the person replying to that thread says that i could have done the test free of charge else. Guess what that option was never mentioned not even once. Cherry on top, to get referral for specialist i had call back 3 times. Great way to make people they are not worth your time. I will never go back and if you’re still looking for my file look for Charles-Hubert. Not being mean to anybody but i didn’t like anybody cared about my well-being at all in your establishment but next the place i went they were wonderful. They did care about people.

Welcome to the clinic where your cash is more important than your health. unprofessionnal and going with the propaganda of the government. Never going back there to get my money stolen and never received any treatment that they confirmed I'll get.

Worst experience ever. 1. The doctor was NOT knowledgeable at all and NOT professional at all. 2. Poor coordination between the client service center and the clinics. My sister recovered from COVID19, and the nurse from Info Santé confirmed that she was officially out of isolation. When she made the appointment with the service center, they told her that there would be no problem making an appointment for her because she officially recovered from COVID19. But when she arrived at this clinic, THE DOCTOR WAS FREAKING OUT THAT SHE TESTED POSITIVE EVEN IF SHE SAID THAT INFO SANTÉ APPROVED THE END OF HER ISOLATION. The doctor clearly didn't have ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT COVID19. ALL HE SAID WAS THAT MY SISTER COULD BE STILL CONTAGIOUS AND THAT SHE HAD TO STAY HOME FOR 3 MORE WEEKS. According to Info Santé and the government of Québec Covid 19 website, IT'S CLEARLY STATED THAT COVID19 VIRUS IS NOT CONTAGIOUS AFTER 10 DAYS. He was SCARED to examine my sister. He barely examined anything. He didn't even check her breathing carefully because he was so scared to approach her. This unprofessional behaviour also scared my sister. WITHOUT EXAMINING ANYTHING AND TREATING THE PATIENT IN A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY, THE CLINC STILL CHARGED $140. This is outrageous. I didn't have a chance to talk to anyone in the clinic because they were busy pushing my sister out of the clinic. I am never going back to this location.

Fast and friendly service. Very happy I chose to book an appointment here rather than wait elsewhere. 30 minutes I was in and out, with prescription and referral for specialist. Thank you Dr. Nguyen

Dr. Lamarre & his nurse Tania are phenomenal. They are available for consult or blood work the day of or most of the time. Dr. Lamarre is very knowledgeable caring, patient and always willing to find solutions. I highly recommend this clinic and especially this duo. All the best !

They agreed to send me the test results by mail and I'm still waiting for them, one month ago.

They say they close at 5:00, but call after 3pm on a Wednesday and they answer that they are closing, they don’t give any other options. I’ll keep my 95$, thank you.
