The people are kind and very helpful to the community. Also there is a nurse. That you can reach 24 7 if you don't feel well and, if it necessary to see a doctor for help go to the emergency department at hospital with the information totally professional. To ad a bit more if you need help in any situation they take there time and if thy cant find a solution they will contact the right people so you can receive the help you need. Even take there time to talk with you about certain issues . Good people they are what i call pros.7

Usually a pleasant experience, but a few of the receptionists tend to be rude to English patients. When I make the effort to speak in French , I expect the staff to at least be professional enough to tell me they didn't quite understand what I said instead of turning to each other and saying they didn't understand a word I said mockingly.
