I had tried this opportunity through a temp agency. I now understand why they do that routine. I was let go only after 9 days. The management was very unprofessional along with most the employees. The atmosphere was snub and very tense. I only had my computer running for 4 days and figured most things out. The company hires 3rd party call centers to help make the info on customers easy but that was like pulling teeth to get most of these call centers to help. I was very positive and asked questions but apparently that was a bad thing. The thing that really dissappointed me most was sitting down with the hiring manager. We had a nice conversation, so I had thought. Everything was fake and a lie. They needed someone to help get a department caught up. I was upset when I called the manager who had said "we go through a lot of temps and you don`t get it." That upset me most because I`ve had way better career jobs and didn`t appreciate being be-littled by a so-called boss who wasn`t even there. For the record this is a Data Entry job. Nothing more and they tell you what you want to hear. Since day 1 this lady I sat next to didn't understand her job and I believe she felt threatend by a new person. I think its wonderful people get to work but I don't understand why I was thrown under the bus. I cared about my job and had some time efficient ideas. Awful place to work for. They use way more educational emphasis on what the real job is. Good luck if you get hired its not for everyone and the friendly goof off atmosphere is a mere joke.
