Worst pharmacy i have EVER used. My son has a life threatening illness and needs IV infusions. Ive been going back and forth with them for 2 months trying to get his medication and supplies. Every time i call there is another obstacle in the way and his meds cant be shipped. Beyond frustrated!

Denied again getting my medication on a Saturday.I was on the phone 6 hours on Saturday.They said I need a pre-approval letter from my doctor and that they only want to pay for 1 pill a day,The doctor prescribed 3 a day.They say that there is a limit on the amount that they want to pay.Prime said the problem is with the plan.And if I want information on prescription limits to contact my employer.My employer has no information on limits on medications. Is the plan that prime has is: To deny health for profit?if I could give them a negative rating I would.I am now 3 days without medication and sick.

I was essentially told that since they aren't making money from my scripts any longer, they won't transfer my valid, refill-remaining, non-controlled scripts.

I used to get my prescriptions filled with Prime Therapeutics mail service, until they recently transferred that function to Walgreens Mail Service. Since 8/15, I have made a ridiculous number of attempts to get a prescription filled and it is still not in process. It would seem the only possible solution would be to have my doctor transfer my prescription to a brick & mortar location. Only this time it will be CVS and not Walgreens!

They will not follow through on anything without a push. Call them daily to make them follow through with every step. This is the only way to get your medication of it's not a simple prescription (i.e it requires prior authorization or any contact with your physician's office). Good luck!
