I live out of state and stopped in for some Deli Food. Did not look at the receipt till later and the food was coded wrong. Called the store and asked for Deli Mgr. Talked with Pat Stevens. She followed through with getting me a full credit for the purchase. Great Customer Service, will definitely return again. Thank you Pat, for all your help.

Fantastic selection of freshly prepared hot ready to eat foods as well as ready to cook foods for home.  Wonderful selection at the meat and cheese counters.  Excellent selection of high quality specialty foods and traditional grocery items.  Amazing bakery and high quality fruits and vegetables both conventional and organic produce.  Staff is very friendly and helpful.  Store is bright,  clean and prices are very reasonable for the high quality provided.

Their slogan used to be (and maybe still is) “there’s a helpful smile in every aisle.”  It’s true, Hy-Vee does an amazing job of finding folks that fit their culture. Every time I go there it’s a good experience and always have what I’m looking for... and if they don’t have it, they’ll get it. They are amazing.

Lots of great choices, good quality. Lots of choices with prepared foods for quick stops. Also had a little bit of everything for the one stop shop. Really liked the store and will go back.  high prices on some items is my only complaint.

I love this store! out is big, but not too big, you won't get lost. There are always several employees to show you where you need to go. They have great deals, great selection, amazing fresh produce and the gas rewards program is unbeatable. 
I'm glad they were not born and raised here, so they could show MN groceries what they should be!
