We are from out of town.  Been here a few other times and have always been very impressed.  Great selection, quality products, and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

While shopping around the store was fine, I was very uncomfortable at the self checkout. One of the employees came over and watched me throughout my entire transaction, and it felt as though they assumed I was a criminal. While I understand loss prevention is a part of every business, I would hope that a standard of respect would be maintained for regular customers, but judging by other reviews it appears that I am not the only one who has received this treatment.

I have been a customer of the store for about 10 years granted I only go maybe once a month and spend less than $20 on each visit but I was in yesterday buying a bath that amount of groceries and using the self check out line, the bars employee was standing 2 feet from me and watching my every move I felt like I was in the pit injury in the cafeteria line. Granted I realize there are instances of theft with these checkout lanes, but if it is so bad in the store, they need to reevaluate this process. If you can’t trust your customers pay for your products then don’t have these self check out? I am going to have to think twice about going back in the store. It was a very upsetting experience.

Standard for the brand. You'll find what you need. Customer service is bottom tier. I acknowledged 10 floor associates, only one responded to me, the others ignored or gave me a blank stare. The location has a wide variety of essential oil section. Flowers always seem to be fresh and vibrant. If you're looking to get in and out, this location will suffice. Overall experience isn't pleasant, It's last resort on my list.

My fiancé came here to get us coffee after I just had neck surgery the person helping him was very rude, he ordered however he said please hold on because I want to make sure it’s correct. Called me to make sure it was correct and it wasn’t so than he preceded to tell her the correct thing she had a terrible attitude and said it’s already made, he said I asked you nicely to hold on. Anyways she fixed it with a complete attitude. Lost our business
