Fairview Clinics- Eagan

Decent clinic and doctors... couple of issues are... getting in to see your primary physician. If you don’t have an appointment 2 weeks in advance, forget about it. You’ll either have to go see an intern at the prompt care or a PA does the overflow patients. Also pharmacy has nice techs and pharmacist but the hours are ridiculous... unless you can pick up your scripts 9-5 Monday thru Friday.

I find the doctors, nurses and all the staff to be professional, kind and attentive to my needs. I really feel comfortable there, and feel I am getting the best care possible. The Clinic has all the latest tools and support for anything short of a full trauma ER... but they can handle a lot there.

This clinic building is brand new so it feels very clean and bright there. When my son was born a few months ago we needed to see the doctor and have his blood drawn daily after his one week appointment. My husband and I have also needed to go on several occasions for different reasons. We usually have no problem getting appointments, if we go to urgent care we can check online before we go to see how long the wait is. All staff we have interacted with have been friendly and reassuring when we really needed it. I enjoy coming to this Fairview location because I know my family will be taken care of.

Nice new clinic. My husbands new PCP was really nice took a good amount of time with us to discuss coordinating appointments and even helping us by setting up some necessary appointments out side of the Fairview network with specialists for his brain injury

Came in here for "urgent" care about 10:30. It's 11 now and still no sign of anybody calling us! Seriously!! Is this an urgent care? I would have had better time service in other urgent cares. Get more doctors!
