Prime Auto Sales

Last January I purchased a 1999 Toyota Sienna for a decent deal, could've been a bit cheaper but I needed a vehicle after someone rear ended me and destroyed my old car. After the test drive I noticed the carpet in the back was damp and asked them about it. He assured me the car had just been detailed and that's why it was damp. Within a couple weeks the water got worse and I carpet cleaned the back, it was full of mold and there was obviously a leak somewhere. I emailed them to ask if they could repair the leak as the seals were in the warranty. No response. A year later and I'm still dealing with mold and a leak I cannot find this is my daily driver and supposed to be a camping vehicle which I cannot use it for as it's dangerous to sleep in there with the mold problem. Disappointed that they never got back to me, with this issue the car should've been a lot cheaper or they should have been up front about the problem instead of lying about it being from cleaning.

Very positive experience! Bought a beautiful low mileage Hyundai Santa Fe at Prime Auto 2 months ago. No problems whatsoever with the vehicle. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back again when we need another vehicle.

I had an appt for a test drive, but the guy didn't show up. There was safety history report of 2 pages but the other guy only showed 1 page. When I asked for the 2nd page he got very rude and told me 'you have to trust us'. I left.
