Legacy Used Cars

This is our second visit to Legacy Auto in Surrey, BC. We worked with Garfield Abraham, who was very helpful in finding us the car we needed at the price we wanted. He was very personable and listened to our needs. The entire team was also helpful - sales manager, Milan; and Jeremy in finance worked hard to meet our needs and ultimately earn our business. They worked past closing time, even communicated with us on their days off. It’s this kind of above and beyond service that made me feel comfortable with making my first car purchase at Legacy.

Arrived and vehicle was brought out to me to test drive very quickly. Everyone was very friendly. When I had asked about all the fees I would incur upon purchase of my car I was told just the price of the car and 12% tax and a $699 inspection fee. Being my first time buying a nicer car from a dealership, I had done some financial planning based on this info, and after the deal was said and done the bill was much higher than I had anticipated. I calculated maximum 11,000 taxes in, and left with a $16,000 bill. Whatever, I'll pay it off, but I couldn't help but feel a bit dirty after. Like sleeping with someone you know you shouldn't have. Maybe have a bit more transparency with your customers so they aren't signing a deal for much higher than they were anticipating, and explain charges and fees a bit better. All in all the vehicle was nice and clean, and everyone was very professional. If you have bought cars at dealerships before and know how to be very diligent in getting what you want, you shouldn't have any issues. I guess I'll consider this a lesson learned to be a bit more thorough with my questioning.

The staff at Legacy is amazing from the sales man Milan to the loan officer Jeremy and to the lot man Rob they all offer amazing service! All were very friendly and helpful and answered all the questions we had. Definitely a recommended lot to visit in your search for a "new" vehicle!

We saw a car online that we were interested in so we decided to stop by the dealership to check it out. We ended up test driving it and going ahead with financing. Great service, everything moved quickly, and we were out of there with our new car! We are so happy and excited. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a vehicle!

You know the "vibe" thing. ...that gut feeling you get when you go anywhere or meet someone. Well , ... I give Legacy Cars and salesman Rick 5 Stars for presentation and job well done ! I normally like to buy privately because you can sometimes work a better deal but my offer was accepted without a bunch of back and forth nonsense and then Rick got everyone into action to get me out the door and into my new wheels.
