Wait was 2 hours, not the max one hour I was told. Unfortunately that wasn't the worst of it. My daughter is now off to hospital because that is only place open. Doctor prescribed over the counter cream without looking at the problem area. Seriously? I wait two hours and he doesn't even bother to look? He told us our family doctor could do tests and was paid a lot of money to be our family doctor and to go see him. Since I waited two hours at 1.5 hours I decided to put my health card in to see if I could get a massage note. I was told by doctor to go and get it from the front girl. The Girl said she could write 'massage' on note but it would be 20 dollars CASH only. I told her to REMOVE my name from register since doctor didn't see me and I would not be paying for HER to write me a note. Painful experience, waiting while my wife takes daughter to hospital.

My husband went to the clinic to get treatment for a rash that had developed at the site of a tick bite. I think that every doctor should know that the recommended treatment for this is Doxycycline. However, Dr. Romero-Sierra does not seem to be up to date with his current knowledge of tick bites and the incidence of ticks in this area that are testing positive for Lyme disease. He gave my husband an antibiotic that is not currently recommended to treat tick bites. This resulted in my husband's rash increasing in severity, causing pain, chills and his entire leg to swell. This also resulted in a subsequent visit to an ER to get the proper antibiotic prescribed. To add to his further distress the MD said to him as he was leaving "I hope you don't get Lyme disease". If I could post this with zero stars, that would be my rating.

Dr Whalen walks on water ... a Newfie, right off the wall ... he gets the job done ... and for all the people who wait and beef, clearly, they do not know the process ...

Went there with pelvic pain. The doctor never even looked at me. Suggested I go home and if it got worse go to hospital. I decided to head over to another clinic and in doing so a ultra sound was ordered. Turned out I had a serious problem. The doctors at this clinic don't know what they are doing. When someone's in pain should you not do a examination. And you can hear them discussing other patients personal issues through the walls. Not professional I do not recommend this clinic.

Huge waste of time, I waited much longer then told. I finally get in and don't seem to take me seriously and rush me out the door. If you want good service or be in and out quick go anywhere else.
