I always visit the Dynacare Stittsville location because the staff are professional and treat customers with real care. Hamdiya deserves special mention. She is polite, patient, and has a very gentle hand. I never feel any pain when she draws my blood.nI highly recommend this location.
I commend the staff at this Dynacare facility. I only had a 20 minute wait with no appointment, and noticed that each individual who arrived was treated with kindness and respect. It was a pleasure to go there, even though it was for medical reasons. Thank you Dynacare in Stittsville, Ontario.
Mebrat is terrific, I'm a little apprehensive about needles but she was fast and efficient. Her warm and calming nature put me at ease. I hope to see her again for my next appointment!
I have been calling for a week now to ask a simple question; whether or not fasting is required for the blood test I’ve already submitted to them. No one ever answers the phone!nA waste of time listening to the very unnecessarily long repetitive recorded directions only for no one to ever pick up the phone!nI like to go here because “Mobrat” is absolutely amazing! She does not play favouritism with people on the queue! I love her friendliness, professionalism, calm demeanour and her talent in drawing blood from small veins without ever causing pain or bruising! She’s trustworthy.
Stittsville location is so slow. Two staff at this location, neither seems to be trying to get through the waiting room of people. It's clear prioritizing patients isn't part of Dynacare's business plan.
