Mark is super! Two years ago he spent a half hour on the phone answering all my questions...even though I ddid not do anything...Now I needed assistance and called Mark given my earlier experience. BEST move I could have made. He did a superior job with a high quality product ...FIVE STARS!!!!

Prestige (specifically, Mark C) has handled several of our appliance repairs and replacements over the past few years, and we couldn't be happier. They're extremely attentive and responsive to calls. For example: a repairman came within 40 minutes of my call this past Saturday, when one of our furnaces broke; they _always_ answer or return my call within a short time, and once worked a 15-hour day on a new A/C unit installation, which required re-figuring past, incorrect wiring; they didn't leave us without air conditioning and knock off until the next day--they finished the job! They are customer-service driven. I'd compare this experience to the Nordstrom customer service experience, and I'd recommend Prestige to anyone.

Was given one price and charge another. When I called them about it and was told basicically "oh well it is what it is" after work was done. Will never recommend them and I tell everyone how dishonest they are to people. Taking advantage of older person is not cool! Keep your excuses, you charged more than you said it would be and "no surprises came up upon doing work".
