We have nothing but good things to say about Boss Plumbing! Had Boss out to clear tree roots from our sewer drainage pipe and the two workers that came were extremely neat and professional. They explained the process and began work quickly. The job ended up being bigger than we originally thought and Joe worked with us to understand the issues and help us find the best solution. We never felt rushed into a decision and Joe explained everything extremely well. He changed his crews plans immediately to help us first thing the next day and was mindful of our young child to help us quickly resolve our issue. Boss Plumbing worked very hard with very fair rates. You can tell that the owner is passionate about his customers and will do what is right by them. I have and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good plumber!

I have nothing but good things to say about Joe. There is a reason he is so highly rated. He is extremely professional and honest. He has worked on our home on three separate occasions; a sump pump install, a kitchen sink hookup (we originally had a different plumber come to hook up the sink, he told us we needed way more work than what was needed, called Joe because things didn't sound right, and he came and did the install for half the cost on the same day), and to check on some frozen pipes. He is honest explains what he is doing every step of the way and when it is and isn't necessary to have repairs done. Would definitely recommend Joe for any plumbing needs!

I have used Boss Plumbing for various plumbing issues, most recently, the installation of a new sump pump system. Joe is amazingly responsive, honest and does great work. Highly recommend him.

We had three emergencies over past several years. Boss took advantage of the situation and charged ridiculous amounts. I was o I have also heard several comments in town about how he treats women. Just beware. His work is fine and quick, but his professionalism and pricing has a lot to be desired. good luck in chicago, maybe they are more tolerant of this behavior, but the suburbs do not deserve it. I complained in text to Joe, and no response so far within the day.
