Bernie did a great job installing our new furnace. He installed it in 6 hours, by himself! When he was done, everything was neat and clean. He even put in longer pvc pipes for the water run off, so that the pipes were securely in the drain. He explained everything and left us feeling confident that we will be warm this winter.

Mendel has been amazing! Great customer service, professional team members, timely appointments and clean work. We worked with a other company previously and it has been night and day in both quality and efficiency. We will recommend Mendel to everyone.

I had a plumbing issue so I called the dispatcher to set-up a free estimate. They were very detailed with time arrival and kept me fully aware of their arrival. I received a detailed text with the name, picture and brief overview of the plumber that would be coming to my home. Max arrived and was very professional and listened to me explain my issue I was experiencing. He gave me a quote and performed the work immediately and rectified my issue. A newly installed plumbing part unexpectedly failed, but Mendel Plumbing came to the rescue immediately. They honored the warranty, replaced the defective part, and even made a couple of additional quality adjustments.
