Prestige Mountain Resort Rossland

Spent a night here. The rooms were clean, albeit a bit dated, which is all I'm really looking for. Check in was smooth.nnThe only weird thing was when I went to go adjust the room temp using the digital thermostat, the whole panel fell off the wall. It looked like it was meant to be plugged in but no wires to plug it into. Realized pretty quickly the place is likely on central air. Popped the panel into the freezer for a couple of minutes and it still read 21 deg C, lol. Phoned the front desk and they confirmed central air. Not sure if this panel was in display mode or something but thought it was weird that there is a thermostat attached to the wall then there is central air. The front desk sounded surprised that the panel had fallen off the wall. Not sure if they are planning some upgrades, and neither was the front desk. Would suggest removing these panels entirely if the hotel is sticking with central air. Seems like the create more unnecessary dialogue than anything else.

The room was so tiny The bed had a big sage in it and the made my back hurt the next day. We went to the restaurant downstairs and were very disappoint. The food was over cooked and the waitress not very friendly. For what we spent to be there it was very disappointing. The only good thing was the front desk kid from Edmonton. He was very friendly and polite. We will. It be back on our way thru

Love staying at this property! Very welcoming upon arrival, great service our entire stay. Comfortable rooms with cozy bedding. We like having the ability to use the laundry downstairs, and the on-site coffee shop for the morning.

Rooms were clean. Didn’t hear to much noises from the window. As we could see the main road. Hotel was clean. Has food options. Has a sauna and hot tub!! And they look clean and in great shape. Ur on main st so walking around town is easy. Shops everywhere!! Not to bad I’d say!

Fantastic stay with the Prestige in Rossland! the team were super accommodating and inviting, Jesse was so lovely to chat to and I had the most peaceful stay. Ultra comfy beds, tons of space, I felt like a queen. Thanks you guys!
