Prestige Mountain Resort Rossland

Arguably the best accommodation in Rossland, with great cafe and restaurant. Conference centre very easy to work with and helped with last minute changes for our meetings. Rooms quiet and most have lovely views see photo from my room. Super friendly staff and parking onsite.

For whatever reason I never seem to have a good stay at this hotel. This time was no exception. I had arrived for work in the area and was on nightshift. The hotel was having a new roof put on and the daily noise was exceptional, no sleep for the first two weeks...not that that was the main issue...couldn't be avoided. Room servicing was another issue, it seems as if I was just forgotten...no change of bedding for nearly two weeks and only once was my room cleaned and things like coffee replaced. There was also a leak in my washroom and they placed a plastic bin under the leak. They seem quite willing to rent a room to a shift worker but when asked about rooms being cleaned it was met with staff leaving for the day and also having no staff who worked late. I did mention this a couple of times and only once was something done.

Great location, large room and a comfortable bed. Had dinner in the restaurant downstairs several times during our stay and the food was delicious

Just needed a place to sleep. The room was small, and the view was okay as well. However, it is perfectly located in the middle of Rossland & very close to red. The food offered here is decent as well. Regardless, I'd consider staying here again
