Nothing fantastic, but very nice place to stay. Clean rooms, looks like they have had updates a while ago.nReasonable rates and friendly staff.
Spacious king-size room at reasonable price. Great front desk service. Lots of free parking space right by a steakhouse. Central location. The only downside is that the washroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. Gets steamy easily. Recommend for work trip.
This was a one-night stay during a recent road trip, but a VERY pleasant find. The front desk clerk Kamil was great. Our guest room was large, with a comfortable bed. The property also has a very nice hot tub. The biggest surprise was the spectacular Columbia Steakhouse attached to the hotel. The decor is high-end steakhouse from top to bottom. Chef Stephen McKenzie is a real asset to this hidden gem.
The room was wonderful, clean , staff was very friendly, hotel was great. Convenient location as the restaurants are closed on one of the days . I would recommend this hotel . The steakhouse looked like it would be amazing
I have had to travel many times into Trail for work. I have to say that all the staff at this hotel have been so wonderful. Especially the woman that works the front desk. She has made me feel very welcome every single time. This is such a nice feeling when I have to travel alone. The rooms are a nice size, updated and very clean. The steak house is expensive but worth it. The food, drinks and service are top notch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area.nnThank you to the staff for your amazing service.
