They have a wide variety of drinks, from teas, smoothies, and others. Staff was super friendly and helpful, a little expensive in my opinion. About $10 for a drink. Lots of seating area but lacked atmosphere. It felt a little run down. Otherwise enjoyable.Food: 5/5

The drinks are absolutely delicious when I pick them up at the store. The only downside is that they are pretty darn expensive to say the least. There free Wi-Fi inside a lot of space to sit down. The staff is not nice or mean… just neutral. Not a lot of smiles or anything. I would definitely recommend for the taste but not so much for the price and the vibes.

I grew up with bubble tea in my hands and this place hopefully not the whole franchise is not up to basic standard. $6.99 for regular and $7.99 for a large. Bubble tea is simply brewed black tea, milk/ cream, and boba large black tapioca . I only order same basic bubble tea everywhere, so I can compare from one place to another. This location’s tea is weak to start and they put too much ice in the cup which dilutes it even further. for little ice request on a 23 degree evening. Most importantly, their boba was way too soft…….. maybe it is because we ordered it after 9 pm and the batch of boba had been sitting for too long!? Overall, low quality drink and exorbitantly priced. However, they do offer seatings in the back. Basic furniture but not bad for comfort on the low profile plastic lounge seats with Ikea tables. Fresh « clean » cushions would be a great plus on those seats.

Nice delicious drinks, and they also offer dine in. A nice place to study, but half of the plugs aren’t working, and it’s pretty dim inside. Their mango slush M5 is one of my favorite!

I bought 3 cups of drinks. When I arrived hotel, two of them were broken top to bottom. The service was good, but the quality of the cup really disappointing.

nice place to hang out with friends and the regular size is quite large and the large size is larger but it does not matter since the drink itself is bland. 2nd time coming here and the drinks were terrible both times. won’t recommend

staff could have checked if the drinks were sealed properly. I ordered 2 drinks for take out and they both were leaking on my way home

Visited around 7PM today on Nov 7 and the girlslim girl with red colored hair at the front desk was constantly on her phone and a tablet while we were trying to order. I did leave her a tip in the hopes that she might treat us better but that didn’t help either. She was back on her phone right after I tapped and another girlwith a white cap was preparing several orders simultaneously. Have visited several of your branches around Montreal but never experienced this. Wouldn’t spend even 1$ at your place again. No customer service.

Disappointing, taste was plain, regular size bubble tea is $7 on the board , but charged for $9.50

Disappointed with the plain taste of the milk tea. The banana brown sugar latte was bland with a hint of banana and the girl taking my order didn’t ask for any toppings. I ended up having to drink a bland drink with no boba since i thought it was included.
