I love my bubble tea shops! I stopped in here hoping to walk away with something sweet & refreshing and that is exactly what I got! I ordered the Pineapple & Passion Fruit POPO Tea & I was not disappointed! Service was fast & friendly, and the small interior was well designed.

Favourite bubble tea in Ottawa, it’s a hidden gem and you get so many toppings already included! Loved the strawberry jasmine milk tea. You can taste the jasmine milk tea and it’s so pleasant, has sago and pudding. High quality cup and seal with lid and stopper. Cute cup sleeve :

Congratulations to Shuyi on their grand opening! We actually went after their grand opening weekend because it was packed and they had to close early to fulfill the rest of the orders. Turns out if you order through the QR code, you get $2 off on your first 3 orders which is awesome. We got the tarp balls meets brown sugar and coconut grass jelly milk tea and asked for half sugar. It was perfect and we loved the toppings in it. It tasted healthier and less heavy compared to other typical bubble tea spots. Highly recommend them!

Tealicious finally opened! They were having 50% off promotion for the drinks. I got their signature grass jelly milk tea. Gotta say I’ve been having some high expectation buildup over their construction period but sadly the drink didn’t meet my expectation : it was just a typical, maybe slightly below average quality bubble tea for me. but I would give them another try after they settle down a little, as they have just opened up. The signature grass jelly drink also has raisins in it. FYI for ppl who doesn’t like them. +Get the Mango yogurt!! Please, get the mango yogurt. The mango sago lacked taste, imo

The bubbletea is so tasty. Depending on who's making them, you can have barely any toppings or an actual good amount which is pretty annoying considering the drinks are ~$9. I still go since I love the mango pomelo sago drink. But the service is terribly slow. It often takes over 20 minutes just to get one drink. I've learned to always order online from wherever I am and then go and pick it up around the 25 minute mark. Most of the staff also aren't fluent in English and there's a giant plastic wall between you and the cashier too so it's hard to hear/understand each other. I've often had them put in the wrong order so always double check your order on the screen. This is also why I order online now, it's so much easier than yelling back and forth with the person. There's also nowhere to really sit and chill. There's two little tables which is more just for people waiting for their drinks since they're so slow.

I had Pineapple and Passionfruit with popo and it was great!! I don't know much about bubble tea but the server, Cici, was very kind and patient with me asking questions. Thank you Cici. I liked watching all the machines working!! Everything was sparkling clean as well.

Really liked the grape tea here. Their teas are on the expensive side and are really sweet. I got 50% sugar and it tasted like 100% at other tea places.

I’ve been coming here since they first opened. Drinks are good but service has always been up and down - never consistently good. You can’t help being understaffed or experiencing a rush, but the staff here need to learn how to manage rushes. When it’s busy, let customers know how long it takes. If you cannot handle app orders or increase the time, then stop accepting orders from them. On my last visit, I wasn’t told it would take 30 minutes for my order. 15 minutes in, another customer comes in but they were told it would take a long time. I believe customers that order in-store should take priority over delivery orders.

Came here twice recently and both times they did not have what I wanted to order claiming it was already sold out. Changed my beverage choice three times and each time the cashier told me they were unavailable. They did not have any drinks containing mango, grape, or watermelon which makes me very confused because most of the advertising posters in the store were promoting drinks that contained all these ingredients. I came at early hours all before 4pm and everything was already sold out? Even on a Saturday? Will not be coming back to this location as they are very ill prepared and do not have half of the items on their menu. If you don’t live near this location don’t waste your time driving here like I did.

Fresh juices and fresh fruits.. I was searching for a bubble tea place that doesn’t offer the standard artificial/chemical fruit syrups and this place delivers! very good!!
