Noor was amazing and took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and she went above the extra mile for me to assist me with my cheque deposit along with ensuring that I had a positive experience with my banking plus she also gave me a photocopy of my cheque as a record that I deposited my cheque. She assisted me with opening up a Chequing and Tax-Free Savings Account. She even returned my call and stayed after her shift to answer my question that I called after I have already set up my account after 6 p.m. If anyone wants to open up a bank account, please speak with Noor, she is amazing and also all Chequing and Savings accounts are no fees. Cheques are free and unlimited as well along with transactions and withdrawals. Also as well, just to let people know the 1.75% interest bonus on opening a new savings accounts is based on a balance of $2,500 (only until July 31, 2016) and monthly statement copies are $1.00 per month so make sure to stick with online statements to avoid that fee. Other than that, there are no fees associated with that. Great job and keep up the great work! :). Have a great day! :).
