I don’t want to give this lady’s name not to affect her position.nShe is late for our appointment. It’s fine it could happen. At least, she should show she is sorry.nBut, she is extremely unprofessional.nShe doesn’t know how to deal with a customer or doesn’t care.nI hope she reads this review and tries to be more professional and more customer service oriented.

I had a very disappointing experience at this specific Scotia Bank branch. They refused to deposit my check without any valid reason. When I spoke with the manager, Sophie, she was dismissive, gave me attitude, and rushed through our conversation without explaining why they couldn't process my check. This level of service is unacceptable.

Terrible and slow service. Staff are very rude and arrogant, especially the manager who was there today. Banked with them for decades, but having such unpleasant experiences each and every time, I have no choice but to go to another banking institution

Rude customer service Courtland branch. Perhaps we’re not an important client for her, Lucy is her name. I think I’ve read numerous bad reviews about her.

Moved my banking from Scotia a few years ago because their phone channels are a nightmare and far from convenient.nnI still have my Visa card with the bank Because it’s a pretty old card and it works for me. The phone channel dropped the ball again when I had to report my card being lost and had me visit the branch for no reasonnnThe branch Susan and Robyn were so amazing at turning the situation around
