Changed to this branch from Conestoga Mall due to its convenient location and community feel.  Deeply disappointed to date.

Sebastian Adamczak is the best! I don't even live in the city and he was more helpful than the CIBC here in Edmonton. Answered the call on the first ring and even went above and beyond to help me out. I wish I lived in Kitchener, he'd be my number one.
