I had the worst experience ever, it was my first and last experience with this business!!    I got my daughter's baptism dress in the states then traveled with it to Ottawa. When I got home I washed it and it got wrinkled all over. It was a satin and laced dress, so you could imagine how ugly it is with all of these wrinkles. So, I went to this dry cleaner since it was very close to my house. I got there and they told me they could remove these wrinkles for me, so I paid them $19.05. Came back in 2 days to get the dress and the dress was the same way I left it, wrinkles were still over the dress. The young guy at the cash apologized and said they tried to remove them but they couldn't got them done and asked me to talk to his boss, so I did. I spoke to the owner and she told to leave the dress with them again so they could fix it for me. I told her I'm traveling to Toronto the next day  for my daughter baptism so the dress won't be ready in time unless they fixed the same evening. She told me it's not possible, I would have to give her one full day to fix it. I then  asked for a refund since I knew I was gonna get it done at another dry cleaner in Toronto. After many back and forth discussions, she told me to come anytime the next following week for a refund since she wasn't in town , but little did I know I agreed!!!!! I came back the next following week and they made speak to the boss again over the phone. She won't give me the refund and asked me to show the receipt that I got it done somewhere else  ( basically,  she thought I was lying, did not take the dress somewhere else, and I just needed my refund) .  I explained to her that I can't find the receipt and probably misplaced since I was busy the past week with my daughter baptism, reception etc.... but I have proof of payment in my bank statement,  Still, she didn't believe me! I was so mad, I just ended the conversation!

Basically, I paid them $19.05  for pressing the dress. Then, I got it done again at another dry cleaner in Toronto for $41. 95 including  the pressing and a dry cleaning job because the dress ended up having a WEIRD SMELL on it from their store. So, not only I didn't get my refund, I ended up paying double at another store just because their store has a bad smell.

I would definitely not recommend this store for any dry cleaning or pressing job, just save yourself this trip and go somewhere else. There's actually another dry cleaner very few seconds away from them on Greenbank road!!!

Decent prices and turn around time but the store had a smell that just wasn't pleasing. Hoped that it wouldn't transfer to my shirts, but it did. Won't return again.
