Terry's Rugs - Area Rug Shop and Cleaning

We recently purchased 3 area rugs from Terry and had an excellent experience dealing with Terry and his staff. Terry listened to us and our requirements and directed us to the inventory of rugs that closely matched our needs. He brought several to the house so we could experience them with our furniture and home environment. Terry guided us with respect to the placement of some furniture and wall art that made the interior decoration much more dramatic. Terry is very knowledgeable in the art of decoration and has a keen eye. He makes reasonable and excellent suggestions but leaves the final decision to the client. There is no pressure. Terry and his staff are customer oriented , knowledgeable in all aspects of their products. The rugs are of a very high quality and priced reasonably.

Terry is the best rug cleaner I have ever used. He is passionate about rugs and incredibly knowledgeable. He did an amazing job of cleaning and repairing my rugs. They are more beautiful than ever. He also provided lots of information on how to care for them properly.

What a fantastic experience I had Terry's Rugs!! The staff were welcoming, involved and accommodating. He even let me take the rug home to see how it fit in my space and carried it out to my truck for me! What a gentleman. I will undoubtedly return and have already recommended friends and family shop here as well. See you soon.

We just bought two rugs and had an excellent experience. Terry has a huge selection of rugs, but it can be daunting picking the right one. Terry came to our house, measured the space, and on our next trip to his store, recommended a number of rugs he thought would work based on our decor and correct size. His policy is that you *must* take the rugs home and try them before buying, to make sure they fit; this is a great policy and ensured we were confident with our choice. Terry is very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the shopping process a breeze!
