Charles and the team at Goodfellow Cleaners are the best in the city. I have been using their home pick up service for over two years and they never miss a week and when anything changes I get a call or a text right away. Recently I had a pen explode in my suit jacket pocket, I figured it was ruined, Charles called me and let me know he could try but it was pretty bad. He explained to me what they wanted to do and made sure I was comfortable knowing pen was really hard to get out of a wool suit. To my amazement it came back looking as good as new. His team has fixed our items, recently repaired a leather jacket and always send our stuff back on time and in pristine condition. The service we receive from this company will keep us as loyal customers for years to come. Thanks Charles!

I brought them a suit with a very troublesome gum stain. I thought it was ruined but they managed to make it as good as new. I'm eternally grateful.

The absolute worse dry cleaners I have ever been to!! On my first visit they informed me that I could pick up my clothes on a Tuesday and when I went in, my clothes were not ready. I figured I would give them a second chance and on my second visit, the same thing happened, despite the fact that they promised everything would be ready. And not only that, they destroyed my white sweater. They did not offer any discount for their horrible service and overcharged big time. Absolutely horrible! If you value the look of your clothes, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!

This is an amazing store that illustrates perfect customer service. I have been having my clothes cleaned, and items hemmed and adjusted for some years. Whenever there has been a problem (and there have been few), the owner and his staff cannot do enough to make everything right. They are courteous, friendly and competent. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cleaning and sewing needs!
