Preferred Muffler & Brake

My car was making an awful sound. A quick call and they were able to fit me in for not only a quote but an affordable repair while I waited. A lovely waiting area, a hot cup of coffee and comfortable chairs. I will definatly be back for other car repairs and maintenance.

Professional service, friendly and helpful staff, and competitive pricing. They go the extra mile to help you out. Why go anywhere else? These guys are excellent and now my go-to muffler repair people.

These guys are amazing! As a woman who knows nothing about cars (kudos to women who do) it can be intimidating looking for someone to work on your car who will be honest and fair. This is 100% not the case at Preferred Muffler & Brake. They were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what needed to be done and why. They even went out of their way to help ease my mind with a follow up question I had. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work of any kind done on their vehicle! Thanks so much guys... I have always been wary of mechanics. I know next to nothing about how a car works and have always been concerned I would get taken advantage of. The team here are the best!!! They have always gone beyond what I asked and are HONEST. They never sell you what you don't need. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic....look no further....this team is the needle in the hay stack

I had a serious issue with my wheel bearing, car was unsafe to drive. Other shops in the area could not service me the same day, even though I came before noon. These guys were different. I told them what my problem was, was quickly quoted a very fair price, labor hours were less than previous places, what I really appreciated was that they did not try and "upsell" me other servies, nothing at all, they just did what they told me they would, for exactly how much they originally quoted me, no surprises of any kind. I picked my car up within hours on the same day and honestly speaking, I could not have hoped for better overall experience. Thank you.
