I really get services done by Priyanka and I really recommend that you bring her back otherwise your services pathetic. Her services were the best and she was too. The owner and the managers need to respect good employees.

I would give them zero,if I could.I booked an appointment clearly stating my skin condition,she told me I could come for SKIN ANALYSIS.Next day I walked in,after waiting a lady came,and she looked at my skin behind the counter and told me I needed facial with hi frequency.I agreed but she said we are busy now come back next Tuesday,she also pushed me to buy a lotion worth 55$ to help with the treatement.I bought it and on Tuesday she said they dont have the equipment,come back tomorrow.I am happy I didnot get anything done looking at their service I doubt they even have the experience.Plus their english sucks.Save your money and time.I wonder if their Bosses know they refuse service to customers

The staff is extremely rude, especially baljeet. They make you wait so long for eyebrows just because they need to eat their lunch. Why make the customer wait? That is so unprofessional and they have the audacity to tell you to go somewhere else. The manager is never around and see what his staff is up to, sitting and gossiping. They should have more staff if one or two people cannot handle the load. This is the bovaird and sunnymeadow location.

I would like to give them Zero as they refuse to do my eyebrows and they said they can't do my eyebrows because they are closing after 30 minutes. That was really weird and disappointed. I wish their owner knows they refuse to take customers. Worst customer service. Save your money and time.
