Had a walk-in recently. The spa itself is great and they even showed everyone who were available at that time. The problem was with the masseuse Ella. Even though they charged $150 at the reception before the session began which is a bit more than other facilities, she claimed another $150 for supposed “full service”. And once she got the vibe that she might get it, she started rushing. It started good but ended pretty bad overall. I am a man of my word so kept my end of the deal, but I’d think twice before going to this place again. Cause this might be just the norm of this place.
Amazing service and atmosphere. Stayed with Anna Jade Hunter and Adrianna all pleasant girls and drop dead gorgeous. Nice clean well run establishment.Will definitely make this my regular go to place.
The girls are average, I personally prefer the wolfedale location. Better rooms and you actually get a vip room when you pay for it
Did a walk-in and had the opportunity to meet Jade. Jade was absolutely sweet and gave an amazing service . She had a very positive vibe about her which made the overall experience even more beautiful. Thank you jade. Initially had planned for 1/2 hour and then extended it for another 1/2. Funny thing was I really felt like extending it further more and then realized that she had other already booked appointments ; I would like to thank jade and entire hands from heaven team for my experience today.

They charge a vip service yet they don’t have any vip rooms. Isn’t good
Last year my friend visited this place and the girl giving him a massage stole the apple watch. She ask him for 400$ and take the watch back‍. When we call the owner he said she left the place and he said don’t worry if she’ll not return it I’m gonna pay you. It is going to be a year and he’s not even responding to my calls. WHAT A SHAME

Been awhile but live the place what ever become of keyonna I see her pic and wondering if she still work there
Expensive place i ever visited never go there. They don’t do massage they dont even know how to massage they are all there for some other business.
