Used a groupon. Manicure and pedicure were sub-par. Pedicure chair sink bowl was  filled with water from a nearby sink (chair didn’t have water hook up) so essentially, I felt like my feet were being soaked in a giant salad bowl. Minimal exfoliation, no pumice on heels. Sloppy and unprofessional polish application on fingers and toes. Just looked like I painted my nails at home. Would not recommend. I felt it was over-priced for the poor quality of service. I still tipped, but would never go back.

bought a groupon and have been calling and leaving msgs to book an appointment for the past 2 months, no reply whatsoever, unable to drive down and cause a scene as i live too far...what a WASTE of money, I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I got a really great Groupon deal for a spa package and it was totally worth it. The ladies were really sweet, helpful and attentive to my needs. I think it's kind of charming that the spa is inside a Victorian house! I'll definitely be back for sure!
