New Style Salon Spa

My girlfriend had a very bad experience with them. She went there for upper lips waxing. They sent a new lady from Delhi who was on the training at that time. She was very confused and scared. She burnt her skin very badly with the wax. My girlfriend complained this to the owner and owner totally ignored it. Till now after 6 months she is having a spot on her skin. If you want to save your skin, never go there.

Really very good customer service and I get very good hair treatment for my curly hairs they are using good quality products. I recommend every one to visit at least once new style spa and salon and u will also became fan of it...

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Worst place to go if you have any attachment to your hair. The owner Jyoti is an absolute joke as a human being. She has hired incompetent staff who take zero responsibility for her actions and neither does she. My mother went in for a KERATIN treatment and her employee used permanent straightening on her and fried her hair. She is losing hair and it's completely burned her hair in the front of her scalp and you can see patches. When we went into the salon to complain, the owner looked at us blankly and said it's not her fault meanwhile she was sitting there and instructing her employees as to what to do. She has zero interest in her customers and has no idea as to what she is doing. She definitely has no experience in the field. We are suing for damages because it's that bad and my mother has had to go to professionals around the city to rectify the situation. She's also going to a doctor for medication. It's a disgusting place and I would highly recommend staying away. It's also funny that the owner has gotten her employees to write reviews to negate the negative reviews that she's been getting. Pathetic place.

Excellent service &staff, i am getting their services from last couple of years i never had any complains, Owner of this Salon (Joytee) very efficeint in her work i woul defenately recomend her if any body wants to get their hair done👍

I have been going to this salon over the last 3 yrs the staff and owner are always friendly and professional. They cater to women, kids and men - which is a great one stop shop for my family's needs. The owner makes it a point to welcome and greet everyone when she is there. The wait time is minimum for walk ins and when I do make an appointment they are ready and waiting. They are conveniently open from are open longer than most salons from 10 am - 8 pm. I would recommend this place to anyone!
