Very unprofessional salon. I went in to get some waxing done. It wasn't until I went home and looked under bright light did I notice more than 80% of the hair was broken from the root instead of being pulled from the follicle. I could have done a better job on myself at home using store bought wax from the local drug store. I gave them another chance and went back - this time telling them about my previous experience. They told me it was impossible and that it was probably because of my hair type! I have waxed my own legs numerous times before and have achieved very smooth results! Very disappointing service, not worth it at all. I don't understand how this business has suddenly sprung chains all over the GTA when their service is so poor!

They do an amazing job at threading eyebrows and upper lips. I have very sensitive skin and I barely feel anything when I get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded at this salon!
