Literally THEEE WORST dentist office on the face of the planet. I went there for two implant crowns and it was nothing short of a nightmare. They told me the first of FOUR prices they pulled out of thin air throughout the 9 week process that they initially claimed would be a total of 3 visits over a span of 4 weeks, 5 MAX (which was emphasized to me more than once as I was nervous about getting them done in time for my wedding). First price? $2072, which I had to call and make sure it was correct because I have really good insurance and that just didn't make sense to me that ZERO would be covered. Called back with a second price, CLAIMING they talked to my insurance...$576. I was so happy, scheduled my second apt and moved on. When I went in for my second apt, which was rescheduled BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ORDER THE KIT FOR THE CROWN FITTINGS PROMPTLY, I was made to wait TWENTY THREE MINUTES in the EMPTY lobby while they had a staff meeting!!! I decide to pay the remaining balance in full at this apt just to get it done and over with...get to the register and I'm told I owe $611?!? My THIRD price. Uhm what? "The insurance was a little off, so it'll be $611." At this point, whatever, what's another $35? Paid it. Scheduled my 3rd apt to have them placed. This apt was pushed back AGAIN because my crowns hadn't come in... they tell me they'd call me in a week. One week, no call. I try to be patient, but another full week goes by and still no word. I call and ask what the hold up was, "sorry they still aren't in, we'll call you." I asked if they were sure because they were already two weeks past due, and, with attitude "I'll go look again." Sat on hold for ~5 minutes and someone picks up the phone "oh my gosh, they are here! They were in Dr's office!" And scheduled me bright and early that Thursday to finish my treatement. AGAIN IM ASKED TO WAIT 20 MINUTES IN AN EMPTY WAITING ROOM WHILE THEY HOLD THEIR STAFF MEETING. SCHEDULE THOSE ON YOUR OWN TIME, NOT YOUR PATIENT'S TIME WHEN I ALREADY GOT UP EARLY TO DRIVE 40 MINUTES TO SEE YOU !!!!!! Finished off the crowns and sent me on my way. Then I get an EOB in the mail...an EOB that wasn't submitted until 2 days AFTER my crowns were placed. Then came the bill which reflected the total due from said EOB. Another $849....for my FOURTH, final grand total of $1478 out of pocket!!! How could I be given four (FOUR) prices for the same procedure, and given these totals when nothing was submitted until 2 days after the proceedure was completed?? These people are scammers, liars, fraudulent, and not worth YOUR hard earned money and YOUR time, which they clearly don't recognize as important. I beg you to go somewhere else. I took the time to write this warning for a reason, RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN! Still don't believe me? Look at all the one star complaints. Do you see them responding, apologizing, or explaining themselves? NOPE. Because we're all just dollar signs, not a people or patients.

I had a horrible experience. Fist appointment I was there for 3 and a half hours, most of which I was sitting in chair (already numb), waiting. Then they messed up my appointment and didn't schedule enough time for what was suppose to be done, drove there for no reason. Dr Laconte didn't care that I was in pain. He actually said "what is the problem here" while doing dental work without proper numbing. I stupidly went back again to have other cavities filled and he wad in such a hurry to see a walk-in patient that he didnt even file down the filling he did and now I have chunks of glue on my front teeth. Going to different dentist now. Worst experience at a dentist.

Mi Jang was one of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. Had to redo the temporary crown 3 times before I left the office. The fourth one broke off as soon as I brushed my teeth same day. I suffered pain and inflamation at each of the injection sites from the poorly done Novocaine shots for over a month. As it was done so poorly. However the Oral hygienists my daughter and I had were wonderful, and did nice work. I now understand this dentist is now longer with them. I wonder how many other people had such horrible experiences as I. I was also grossly mislead as to what insurance covered. The estimate was a complete lie. I was actually charged over $1000 more than their treatment plan. Tried several times to resolve this issue to no avail. They then sent that ridiculous balance to collection. My family will never go back due to their poor practices, and treatments.
