If I could put negative stars I would that is how horrible the service has been lately. When I first started going there the service was very good, the staff was very attentive and so nice. They have a couple of new faces and they are not a complement to their staff. They have dropped the ball and lied to me about a procedure that needed to be approved. I have waited over a month now. The office manager hasn't even contacted me. I had to call the person above her to get anything done. As nice as the dentist is there, I don't trust any of the office staff, they are incompetent. Spelling names incorrectly, patients waiting over 1 to 2 hours past there appointment times to be seen, no follow thru. Something is very wrong with this office.

I like this Dentist everyone I dealt with here is really nice. Dr. White is a very nice guy. My mom has Dr. Park she seems to like him as well.

Dr. Park and his assistant Shelley were very professional and I'm pleased with my son and I appointment. It was my sons first dentist appointment and they made sure he was comfortable and relaxed that he didn't even cry. See you in 6 months

The best dentist in the world. When you have a 9 year old tell you that her dentist( Dr. A) is the best dentist in the world, that tells me (her mom, Rose Wick) allot. My daughter's name is Adriana. She had 7 teeth pulled and 2 filings and say that, is amazing. She said the only pain she had was the one shot to numb the mouth. The nurses and the rest the staff are amazing as well. Very polite and caring. Keep up the good work and thank you for being the best you guys can be for me and my family.

My family had an appointment on October 21st at 9:00am. We were not seen until after 10:00am. Then we were told I had to pay for the cleaning because insurance companies were not open on Saturdays to verify benefits. Although this appt was made 6 months in advanced and they had plenty of time to verify benefits before Saturday, I paid. According to my insurance company, Benefits were paid for each member at 100% on October 27th. I made 4 calls to Familia Dental to attempt to collect my refund; 2 of my calls were hung up on, the 3rd I waited on hold for 17 minutes and was then hung up on and thankfully, by my 4th attempt, I was able to speak with somebody who contacted the accounting department and told me they were not paid from the insurance yet, but when they are paid, I will receive a phone call.
On December 4th I received a phone call stating the refund was ready-I had to come to the Kenosha office with the card used to get the money credited back to me. I got to the office that night at 5:00, and was told by the receptionist the accounting office closed at 4:00 and I would have to come in before that time as they need authorization from them to refund the money. I explained that I work at that time and asked for a check to be mailed. She then told me they do not issue refunds that way and advised for me to take off work to get the money refunded.
I am not pleased with all parts of my experience handeling this. I believe my insurance benifits should have been verified before my appointment to avoid all of this; however since it was not, I expected more professionalism from the office staff and call center in regards to my money.
I am Infuriated at the demeanor of the receptionist at the Kenosha office for her lack of courtesy and responsibility not only on December 4th but the previous phone calls made to the office when I was hung up on, and the date of service when she seemed uninterested in her job and quite frankly irritated she was there.
Unfortunately, this turned out to be a terrible experience that could have been advoided.
