Elcano Dental

The lady who cleans the teeth is wonderful...as for the rest of my visits, no-one was in a hurry, or seemed to care. Things were not explained well, and the main reason I went to this office was never finished. All 3 of my children and my own appts. were canceled due to the dentist leaving on maternity leave...(the day before) then they never contacted me to remake appts. then they said they didnt take my insurance anymore...(after being too busy to squeeze us in before the "chrysler employees benefits ran out, after the closing of the plant" after we were in the middle of major reconstructive work. (and YES, Maggie the lady at the front sesk actually said that about needing to fit in the other people, since their benefits ran out)Couldnt even give me the phone number to the dental implants person.. Now I'm still trying to get our families x-rays and paperwork.. but they want to send it to our new dentist, which we have not found yet, as we thought this office would end our search. I never saw the dentist actually work on any of my family members...or me....just appts. and broken promises. This office has turned my life and smile upside down.....
