Disease Investigation on reportable diseases through the State Hygenic Lab
Homemaker Program- for adults over 65 who need assistance in caring for their home and living independently. Income qualifications apply.

Project WIN (Welcoming Infants to Neighborhoods): Home visits offered for any pregnant or parenting family with a child under the age of 1. This is a free nursing visitation program which uses the Growing Great Kids Curriculum
Pott. County Public Health Dept is also part of the Visiting Nurse Association which provides a variety of home and community based services for families.
