I have no complaints about the dentist or the medical side. They were so nice. Explained everything in detail. Let me look at my x-rays of my teeth and explained several of the photos to me. The PA I saw on the clinic side was so great and explained everything in detail. I just can't say enough about how great and professional they were with me. Treats you with the upmost respect. Thank you so much for being amazing!

The majority of the dental staff are incredible here! High praise to the dentists, Celeste the hygienist and the the in-person front desk staff. The reason I worded it that way and for the 3 stars is because I can NEVER reach a person on the phone and if I need to reschedule an appointment, it's a nightmare. I have been on hold for 30 minutes before, going through the queue and then sent to voicemail where my phone calls are never returned. However, when you have an upcoming appointment, you get a zillion automated messages that you can't respond to. Not everyone lives nearby to drive over there in person. Also, their MyChart is set up for their use, not the patient's.

My experience with All Care Health and their dental department was perfect from beginning to end. I was afraid to go because of some bad reviews and because I have a fear of the dentist due to some bad experiences with past dentists but I had a bad tooth and was in a lot of pain. It happened to be a top wisdom tooth that was not impacted but the receptionist told me the dentist would only be able to give a referral to an oral surgeon since it was a wisdom tooth. I was desperate so despite the bad reviews and the fact that I was told the tooth would not get pulled I went in anyways because I needed that referral. Let me tell you I was so glad I went in! The receptionist was so nice and helpful. I did not have to wait long at all. Then the dental assistant came out and she was also very nice and kind. I was so nervous and she was so patient and helpful. Then I met the dentist Dr. Jeffrey Clark. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met and hands down the best dentist I have ever encountered. He was kind, gentle, and attentive. He showed great compassion to my dilemma with my tooth. Even better he agreed to pull the tooth. So after a week on antibiotics I went in and got the tooth pulled. I can’t even explain what a great experience this was considering I had a tooth pulled. I had numbing shots in my gum that I didn’t even feel and the process of getting the tooth out was pain free and that says a lot for this dentist considering the tooth was a top wisdom tooth that was crooked. I have never been to a dentist nor a doctors office where the people were so kind and compassionate! Also, as I waited in the waiting room to be seen both times I watched and listened to the other staff in the building and how they interacted with people coming in for appointments and they were all nice and respectful to everyone that entered the building for appointments. It’s unfortunate that some people had a bad experience when visiting but do not let that deter you. My experience was the best I have ever had in a medical setting. Also, I never ever leave reviews for anything but I felt more than compelled to leave a review for All Care Health and their amazing dentist and all of the staff that I encountered while I visited there on two different occasions. I am doing amazing since having my tooth pulled and am so grateful for how I was treated at All Care Health but especially how I was treated and taken care of by Dr. Jeffrey. Thank you to all of them!

First time experience. I lost a crown on Sunday and called for a dental appt. They were able to place me with a Tuesday appointment, which was great. When I arrivedt to the Ave J location I was informed that a $55 payment would be required. News to me. Considering the nature of this service, it would have been nice to know about the $55 in advance. Dr Smith was pleasant and kept me informed of the process. I'd see him again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The doctors there are outstanding. The front desk helped me with a billing problem, and Judy was very helpful in getting the best care for me after my surgery. My doctor Kathryn Dempsey for your compassion and genuine care that makes an incredible difference. Thank you for listening, understanding, and treating every patient with kindness.
