Very friendly staff and Dr. Sheppard is very good at his profession I highly recommend CHI health clinic, the best in town.

I have used the after hours weekend clinic several times and it's wonderful, clean, and the staff really listens. They were even able to XRay my arm when I was in a big hurry and didn't want a big ER bill.

In my time of extreme need...these nurses absolutely kept calling me back several times I might add...I am grateful to these girls (and the gentleman) I spoke with for recognizing my situation and caring enough to help me...I've read some of the nasty comments and I don't agree I've been with this clinic almost since it opened even thru a knee surgery which they sent me to a great surgeon and also did rehabilitation with them...I highly recommend

It is almost impossible to get into see our doctors here the next week let alone any time in the near future. If somebody in my family is really sick or hurting I get told to take them to Urgent care or the emergency room. Urgent care is made up of a bunch of quack pa's that I really don't think should be practicing medicine yet. I feel like going to CHI is a big fat waste of my time. I also feel like the place is full of germs. I could take my perfectly healthy kids there for a routine check up and they would leave with something horrifying like the flu. Their phone system is impossible too. Expect to be in hold for a very long time.

I received 7 stitches 5 days ago and, since that time, 3 of the stitches have come loose or have come out completely. It is apparent that the doctor who performed this procedure was not competent enough to do even this simple medical task. I will not be returning to this clinic again. I will be using the ER for all my urgent care needs.
