Went to website to schedule an appt. Website said "no need to schedule an appointment you can walk-in at any time during the business hours listed below" Business hours on Monday were 10-7. I walked in at 6:01. Three cars in the parking lot, mind you one of the three belongs to me. Lady behind glass window stated they don't take walk-ins after 6pm. I stated how much pain I was in and she proceeded to provide me alternative appt times 2-3 weeks out. After I stated that I could not possibly wait that long i mentioned that my only option now is to go to the emergency room. So she graciously handed me a list of referral clinics to call, while commenting that she keeps disappointing herself by looking at the clock and it not being 7pm yet. I was in tears considering I rushed home after work to shower, scarfed down dinner on the go, drove 30 minutes in rush hour traffic to get there prior to 7pm, WHILE IN PAIN!!! THIS FACILITY IS A FLIPPIN JOKE!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Don't plan on coming here if it's an emergency. I've been to both PP locations and each time they've had countless excuses to not fit me in to the day. They advertise as walk in and say they aren't when you show up. I've been trying to be seen for over a month and it's gunna be two more weeks before they can see me. Don't see the benefits yet.

I literally drove and an hour and 44 minutes from home just to come and I had and appointment scheduled but for me to wait 1 hour to be seen is so not worth it. Will never be coming again

This place is great. The receptionist was so cheerful and helpful and I got all my healthcare needs taken care of in one place. I'm so thankful for you all.

Planned Parenthood helped me get tested. They helped me determine if I had breast cancer. I will always trust planned parenthood for all of my healthcare needs.
