The staff's always friendly, thorough and concerned. I'll be switching to this clinic for any of my medical needs. Lexi was an awesome nurse as well! Update: See Elizabeth Hinsmann if you can, she really takes the time to listen to your concerns and truly cares about her patients.

I am sorry but Gail Young was a phanominal pearson... she took her time for her patients and realy cared about what she was doing. Everyone has there days.. Everyone is human... She is surely missed by my girls and me. We moved back and found out she's not there but Jocelyn is realy good. I'm glad though I miss Gail God placed Jocelyn In my life. She is very caring..

I have never had a problem with any of the previous review like they say. I have been going to the same clinic since i was a little girl. Have seen multiple doctors and they have always treated me kindly without problems. They ladies at the front desk are always helpful and they are just busy like every doctors office.

These ladies at the front desk at the madison st. location are terribly, I mean terribly unorgantized.....every time I go in for an appointment they can never find my file....then they ask" did you make this appiontment today"? and I respond "no...I made it yesterday morning"! ...I mean it never fails...then my file is usually found in there massive paper and file mess right on the counter behind them....it's like getting waited on by idiots and they are Very rude on top of it all.. The ONLY reason I return, is because I really like my doctor there. I personnally know 2 other doctors that have left this loction because of the old bittys that work up front...I call them bittys because I don't want to say what I really think.....anyway enter at your own risk, and try to keep your joy...
