Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Since starting to WFH this Potbelly's has been a nice sandwich shop to go to and grab a bite. It's very clean and the staff is very kind. Big fan of their Wreck sandwich and their hot peppers are amazing! I think their oatmeal chocolate chip cookie >>> than the chocolate cookie at Jimmy Johns.

We placed a delivery order at about 12:45 today... Finally called at 4 to see where it was and they rushed it out to us by 4:20. When the food arrived it was cold and had clearly been sitting the whole time, but that's ok, because at least they forgot to put the chicken on my Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich! Great work all around.

Best sandwich place on Woodward! I have been going here a couple times a week for years because I work across the street. The employees are chill, the food is always delicious, and they are usually pretty quick. Will probably be going here for as long as I work on Woodward.

Love their online ordering and pick up. Good sandwiches at a good value.

Always a great shopping experience i love the variety of bling wine glasses and napkin rings.

We come here almost twice a week. Lately the staff has been rude. Today the gentleman decided to put 1 tomato, 1 pickle AND LITERALLY 1 hot pepper.... now if you were short on supplies, you could’ve communicated that and possibly offered a discounted rate.

Fast, friendly service with a delicious end product

Usually great and current circumstances are understood. However, if you make me wait 4hrs for a delivery, after I call and ask about it you should probably remake the food you let sit for the entire time... :
