Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

There is a reason why this Arby's is above 4.0 even as a fast food option. The location has great associates that are friendly and do their best to do right by the customer. Really appreciated the quality of food and effort they put into making my takeout option enjoyable.
This Arby's location had almost no wait time before getting to the speaker. The order was placed and we were asked if we wanted to wait for fresh fries which was nice. It didn't take long at all. Lady at the window was friendly and courteous. In this covid world, this location is always worth the wait but it's even better when there is no wait and no mistakes all with a smile
The burger is deep fried and would be fine if they cook it long enough for it to be done. They said it was supposed to be cooked that way, but it was practically raw.Food: 3/5
Where do I start? Its fast food. I do think Arby's is the high end of fast food. I saw an ad for "Petite Filet Steak Sandwiches," so I decided tonight was the night I was going to try it. I ordered up the Garlic butter Steak sandwich. The only thing wrong with the sandwich was the person who made the sandwich. There was garlic butter on top of the sandwich I would have preferred it to only be on the inside. Other than that, it was delicious. Also, bonus points I got fries fresh out of the fryer, so they were hot and crisp.
Rude people. Asked for a lrg rootbeer gave me a small. Asked if that is the New large and the employee lied and said yes. I know it is not true because we e get Arbys at least twice a month. Not my first issue but this will be my last. Will not stop here again.
This Arby’s is the nastiest food we have ever tasted do not go here. The African-American girl has a nasty attitude. She yell in your hear they cook your fries in old grease. They have no respect. The food is nasty never eat here again.
This isn't the cheesesteak that the menu shows, with peepers and onions. I got home from drive thru and they don't answer the phone. They also gave me the wrong fries. Nice people, but they don't listen very well.
11/21/22 Update: Visited 3 more times since the original review, to be fair. Tonight was, for a lack of a better description, disgusting. The male sorry excuse for a worker, who was at the drive-thru at 8:35pm should be fired. The manager should be too, for not knowing the reason for the drive-offs. Put the right employees in the face of your customers. For my mild mannered easy going wife to say "Let's go!", was a testimony to how bad it was. 2 stars to the lowest available now. No longer our favorite Arby's. We've been going to this location for almost 21 years, but that's unfortunately about to change. We've overlooked the increasingly slow drive-thru service, but the service at the point of ordering and the attitudes at the pick up window are just bad, and seem to be getting worse. The last time there was just the last straw...sadly.

Place takes forever to take your order and they love to play games at night-time and never answer the speaker, I don’t know what is going on inside this restaurant but clearly it isn’t a productive workplace when you catch them smoking in the lot or when they take FOREVER to take your order, and I mean FOREVER .. get more staff..
