Subs are really good and our little one loves them too but the service could be way better and just over all much friendlier attitudes. Won’t be back at least to this location. Seems like everyone else gets friendly service, that’s great but it should be given to everyone. Maybe they don’t like mixed Caucasian/Asian families. It’s the only thing that i can think of or we catch them on really off days.

Really fast Potbelly. I've never had to wait here, even if it was a busy time if the day. Staff is always friendly as well.

I've only gone here a handful of times.  I love their ice cream and also the already made variety ice cream cupcakes and cakes in the freezer.
